Angela was amazing! We moved from out of state and was transferred to EJ Silvers agency. Since there’s like a million things to do when you move states, I was appreciative of Angela following up and helping me get moved over with the proper coverage. The entire process took ten minutes.
Also when we got here we needed renters insurance set up same day and Angela was able to get me documents asap. Great customer service and really felt like I was talking to a person, not just an agent. Prices are super reasonable as well"

"This is my home/car insurance provider. No call center here. If you call, no phone tree, you will get a person immediately. I cannot understate how valuable that is to me as a customer. I also have had to make a claim before due to an accident on the road. It was easy enough to submit, plus the roadside assist got the car back to my driveway. Great service overall. Prices are average, as far as I know, with some nice discounts if you replace/add certain things to you home."
